Rich has over 30 years experience in retail, wholesale distribution and manufacturing environments, and as a manufacturer's representative. He Joined Far West Marketing, Inc. in 1987 and he now shares principle ownership with Rick Vauble. Rich continues with key account responsibility including Costco Wholesale, Amazon.com and Fred Meyer. He is also responsible for Wal-Mart regions in Alaska and Hawaii.

Rick has over 27 years of sales and buying experience including 15 years with Fred Meyer. Rick began at Fred Meyer working in store management then moved to corporate office as a buyer in the Home Division. Rick joined Far West Marketing, Inc. in 1999 and became principle co-owner in 2004. Rick is currently responsible for key accounts such as Kroger and Fred Meyer and other accounts in Oregon and Arizona markets.

Karen is our newest member to Far West Marketing, joining our sales team in 2011. As a PSU Marketing Alumni, and with a colorful sales background in diverse industries, she brings well founded and well rounded experience to our team. Karen is responsible for program planning and driving business with key accounts in Oregon and Washington.

Sally began her career at Fred Meyer and held various positions including Buyers Assistant, Advertising Coordinator and Product Manager for Product Development & Import. Sally has extensive experience with product development, importing and staff management. Sally is responsible for office management, direct importing assistance and customer service.

Before joining Far West Marketing, Shelli spent 27 years with Fred Meyer working twelve years in the stores and 15 years in the corporate office as an integral part of the Fred Meyer merchandising and buying staff. Shelli joined Far West Marketing in 2004 and is responsible for administrative functions, product proposal presentations, product set up sheets and customer service.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her 25 years with Fred Meyer. She began by working in the stores and held positions from customer service to retail accounting before being promoted to the corporate office where she excelled at Buyer Support and as an Administrative Assistant. Her Far West Marketing responsibilities include order entry, commission reconciliation, invoicing, order and shipment tracking and general customer service. Lisa also oversees maintenance of our WinRep database software.

Lisa Dee joined Far West Marketing in 2010 with a degree in Business and Marketing. Her customer service skills are greatly appreciated by both our clients and vendor partners. She assists in product proposals, new item setups and the support of our sales staff while managing the needs of ongoing programs and projects.

Heidi has over 13 years of office experience. She joined Far West Marketing in 1999 and is responsible for graphic presentation with a focus on customer service and product information for our dot-com accounts.
